Consumed AnsiedadLet me tell you, I’ve been there. It seems completely crazy, but for no good reason you feel you will die, you really feel you can not swallow, can not breathe. When you are eating foods that you feel like your food will get submitted in your throat.
It is awful. You may feel like you’re going crazy or as if about to vomit. As I said, I’ve been there. I used to feel that way all the freaking time, and I had no idea that I was having panic attacks.
Sometime just took over and consumed me. I know it is consumed a lot of other people too, I’m not the only one. For a time there though, I literally felt like I was the only one, like I was a weirdo, like I never get over it.
How to cure my fear of choking? Well, I did a lot of research. I mean, literally, I choke, this condition is effecting all areas of my life, so I decided to get medieval on your ass and do something about it! I spent hours and hours looking for a diagnosis and a cure. It was then that I realized I was having full blown panic attacks.
Why do I have them? I learned that I was not living a clean life, I was drinking too much alcohol, too much caffeine and not enough exercise. Can you relate to this? I think everyone can. This is a big help when I started to change these habits.
But even all this was not enough, it’s a great start in the right direction and I’m grateful that I took action. I was way ahead of the game this point.
Real change will not come until I found a method called cognitive pass a technique. It’s hard to describe but it basically fools the brain that are totally irrational from the brain to the purely logical . . . and completely ends the fears and panic attacks, like the fear of suffocation!
I mean, that takes all the fight from them. Therefore, I beat my fear of suffocation by learning a technique of moving and caring for my brain to all the ways that doctors have been telling us . . . to diet and exercise, cut toxic material . I do not mess with my mind and life and has never been better.
