ELECTRICAL INSPECTION IN PROPERTY AGENTSMANDATORY INSPECTION OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

The failure to provide the required electrical inspection by the homeowners or correction of defects found may result in penalties ranging from 3,000 (minor offenses) to 600,000 (very serious offenses) and includes also non- responsibility of the insurance company in case of accident.
