When is the best time to quit smoking? As a smoker who wants to quit smoking, a common concern is when it really is the best time to quit smoking?
After all, quitting smoking is a big business and requires preparation (both mental and physical), plus a ccontradad care for the ideal outcome.
Trying to quit during a particularly stressful period of her life after the loss of your job or a family pet is likely to result in failure.
And yet, it is possible to get too precious about the opportunity use this as an excuse not to quit.
I really want, but I’ll wait until I get this situation resolved in the work, then.
Let’s be honest here – never seems to be a perfect time. There will always be something to do in the way everything is.
Maybe you’ve fallen out with your partner, maybe you go for a promotion at work, maybe you had some unexpected bills come in I hate to sound callous, but that’s the way of life and sometimes it is the best thing you can do to just go ahead regardless. After all, nonsmokers achieved deal with these situations every day, not that, so it should be?
Moreover, if they stay off nicotine over a period of your life that will not stop in the future. Even better, your confidence in your ability to get through a difficult situation without the need for a cigarette will skyrocket when you have succeeded for the first time.
Therefore, in response to the questions when is the best time to quit? The answer is there is not the best time.
I advise you to look in your diary or calendar and select a date within weeks. Make it a day as a Saturday when you are off work.
Then you can plan to this date, the mental preparation for yourself what lies ahead. Stay focused and on track and do not let anything stand in your way. Make yourself a promise that you will give up cigarettes that day.
Tell your friends and family, tell your boss, pick up all the computers in your smoking (cigarettes, lighters, ashtrays, etc. ) in one place so you can have them all easily have chosen the day and then just take a leap of faith and go for it.
Awakening that day, bin all things smoking and then leave for the day and try somewhere nice, where your mind will remain active (and therefore outside their nicotine cravings).
Good luck to you!
