Vitamins - Vitamins I take dailyVitamins are a bit controversial, as there are two sides to a discussion of whether our diets in North America has enough nutrients or not.
Eat what I think is a diet of good food I need, but I’m still not sure weather like eating all the vitamins and minerals needed to stay healthy and to allow myself to rebuild my body from the environment and my daily exercise so taking some vitamins.
This is what I take:
Two multivitamin tablets per day, one in the morning and afternoon
1 tablet of calcium in the evening with dinner
1 omega 3-6-9 in the evening with dinner
This may seem to some as excessive, but I know I’ve always felt better day to our day when I am remembering to take multivitamins.
But there are some things to look for in a multivitamin that I always see for myself. The first is to look for B vitamins, B vitamins are good for combating stress to the body so that I think are important. In a multinational you will realize that B vitamins are usually 2 to 3 milligrams, as they are more costly to produce and most companies minimize maintenance costs ccontradad of this essential vitamin. Look through all the many vitamins in stores near the B vitamins in the range of 40-50 milligrams, but always be aware of the price you pay.
I try also to food and nutrition and vitamin stores that sell much more expensive and I’m not sure they deserve to stay away from health, so I usually just go to the local grocery store or pharmacy and see there.
Among the other vitamins you take calcium I take it I’m not sure I’m having enough and my wife is concerned about osteoporosis and they really want anyway brittle bones. I take Omega, because vitamins are good for your heart. Be aware also of antioxidants, these vitamins are beta carotene (vitamin A), C, E and is believed to slow the aging process by eliminating free radicals from your body.
Although they can be a little aggressive with my intake of vitamins compared to some people I think a good prevention to at least take a multivitamin once a day and try to keep up with nutritional information as you see it on the news.
