Traveling is not what it used to be! So I realized I had to change my bad habits to better protect my pain behind.

This became evident. In my first recent trip, I did everything wrong.
I aggravated my back and created unnecessary back pain.

Then I figured smart thing to do what failed in agony with a sore back. Made much difference I will share with you.

The airline is not easy on your body

Fly makes us use our bodies in ways that are not normal for us in our daily lives. When traveling, we are twisting, turning, and lifting heavy bags in ways that are abnormal. We are bending to take our luggage off the tram baggage claim. We’re putting our carry on luggage in the bin head. This is like lifting weights! Of course, it’s not what we do in our daily lives.
