Panic attacks Suck

If you suffer from panic attacks, then you know you suck. There is no worse feeling in the world to be in a room with several people and feel close to one.

First, it is to get hot here, I get sweaty and my heart is starting to beat faster.
I’m feeling very uncomfortable and keep squirming in my chair. The room is blurry and I feel like I’m in a tunnel. I may have even dizzy and ringing in my ears. I’m looking for the best way out of this room. Where is the door?

Ah, it is the door, but how can not get up and walk across the room, so if it happens? I’ll look like a fool. Oh God, my stomach hurts, I feel sick and my heart is beating so fast. I know I’m going to pass out. Hurry up, hurry up, do not hesitate to this meeting more!

Ah well, it is long. I’ll sit here a minute and wait for everyone to leave. What a relief, dizziness is decreasing. Hear my stomach feels better and I’m not sweating more. I can not get up and go to my office now. And more!

Have you been in a similar situation? I have! I had panic attacks for 10 years and lived this scenario and worse, often. It is a frightening experience not to mention embarrassment. I felt like I was alone in the world, although 40 million people suffer from anxiety and panic disorders.

It still amazes me that nobody talks about it. It is intended that only happens to other people because we can not admit that we have no control over our own bodies. The truth is, no, but we can learn.

Anxiety is the body’s natural way to alert that there is danger. The sympathetic nervous system (SNS) flood your body with adrenaline to give extra energy, faster breathing to bring more oxygen to the brain will start to constrict blood vessels and the heart beats faster to distribute oxygen quickly. All these things happen together and cause your body to go into panic mode. Unfortunately, these things happen without your control and the body can not distinguish between the real and the perceived danger.

The parasympathetic nervous system is the system responsible for returning the body to its normal state. Fortunately, this can be controlled by learning techniques to take your body to its natural state before an attack occurs. There reputation that teach methods quickly and easily, without harmful drugs.

Would not it be wonderful to be free from panic attacks forever. I can not answer that question, certainly, yes! I have been free for 3 years. Do not they deserve the same?
