How to Cure Lower Back Pain In Days

My husband had lower back pain for 10 years. X-rays revealed that there was some herniated disc in his back. He had been to see chiropractors, osteopaths, sports therapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists and nothing has worked.

Finally he let pain control him and he grew frustrated and worried daily about how he play with our children when the time comes.

After 10 years and an unknown worn ccontradad the professionals who were willing to try anything.

We experimented with various techniques and this is what we found:

Our bodies are designed to be healthy-If your body is in a disease state that is trying to tell you something is wrong.

There may be several reasons why your body has created this disease and it is up to you to play detective. In my case the husband was more than one reason.

First, lower back region of the body is support and finance. My husband did not have the support you need from family and friends and each time he returned from a visit to the family of his back was much worse.

Secondly, could be the creation of lower back pain for not participating. Now I know this may sound like self sabotage and that’s exactly what it is. To that he did not make a fool of himself or not the activity that simply gave himself back pain as an excuse to not even try.

Now, you have to understand that this is all subconsciously. He did not give himself knowing the pain.

Your subconscious is very powerful.

It has a primary goal: To do what we believe to be true.

Say, My back is killing me today, and probably hurt twice as much as it usually does.

Pay attention to your words and thoughts. Your subconscious is ALWAYS listen.

And that is why we have decided to use in our favor.

Affirmations. I heard of them? Yes, reciting mantras over and over to himself with the hope that what you say is true.
