Glutamine has to be one of the most talked about nutrition supplements in the last decade or so. In this sum, glutamine becomes expensive.

So I think anyone who is looking to build muscle and lose fat should use glutamine? If you have been training hard for a while and need something to help you recover then I’d say go ahead and use large amounts of glutamine for a short period of time. That’s where I find most beneficial glutamine.

Now, if you’re trying to build muscle and lose fat then I think we should concentrate on a hard intense training, intervals and the principles of proper nutrition. Then look at glutamine.
